Here are some key elements of our CSR initiatives:

• Nutritious Meals for Orphaned Children and Elders:

  We provide three nutritious meals daily to orphaned children and elders across seven orphanages, ensuring their health and well-being.

• Healthcare Support:

  We actively support healthcare programs, clinics, and awareness campaigns, aiming to improve public health outcomes and access to healthcare services.

• Community Infrastructure Development:

  We contribute financially to the construction and functioning of temples, communal halls across India , and related facilities, supporting religious activities and community gatherings.

  • We have built temples and multi-faith prayer halls in both our units for the daily worship of employees.

• Employee Well-being

  We prioritize the safety and well-being of our female workers, ensuring safe working conditions, fair wages, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

• Organic Agriculture:

  Our company actively participates in organic agriculture focusing on cultivating crops and produce without the use of synthetic chemicals or genetically modified organisms at our farms at Manapparai and Kulipirai. By supporting organic agriculture, we aim to preserve biodiversity, promote healthy soil, and provide consumers with nutritious and chemical-free food options.

• Disaster Relief Efforts:

  In times of natural disasters such as cyclones and floods, we extend aid and support to affected communities, including emergency relief efforts to assist victims.

• Environmental Sustainability:

  We have taken multiple initiatives to reduce environmental impact, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency measures, tree planting campaigns and water conservation measures:

  • We have capitalized Solar Power to cover 73% of our energy consumption.
  • 53% of our industrial area is covered with greenery.
  • There are 4 rainwater harvesting wells/ponds in our facilities.
  • We have implemented emission control equipment from DISA to reduce exhaust level below 20mg/Nm3.

• Supporting Education

  We furnish local schools with necessary infrastructure such as hygienic washroom facilities, fans, tables, and chairs, enhancing the learning environment. Furthermore, we provide financial aid and sponsorships to assist school children in pursuing higher studies, empowering them to reach their full potential.

• Sustainable Farming

  We have established cattle shed and poultry barns in our premises to support sustainable farming practices, provide livelihood for retired individuals and improve the ecological balance.
