Mr. R. Palaniappan, better known as RP, the visionary leader and driving force behind Jothi Group, played an instrumental role in shaping our organization's ethos and direction. His unwavering commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation continues to inspire us every day.
Though Mr. RP may no longer be with us, his legacy lives on in the values we uphold and the work we do. We are forever grateful for his contributions to our company and remain dedicated to carrying forward his vision for a better future.

Our Chairman cum Managing Director
Our Chairman cum Managing Director Mr. P. Chella Ramaswamy is a seasoned leader, foundry veteran and a pioneer in driving operational improvements and offering excellent judgment in pressure situations. He is well-versed in the nuances of steering discussions without forcing decisions and formulating growth as a first-rate strategist and planner.
He has significantly expanded the company’s presence across all major engineering segments and has a history of meeting company goals through consistent and organized practices. He is an expert in seamlessly transforming approaches to adapt to dynamic challenges. He is a proficient speaker and a master networker who establishes and nurtures relationships effectively.
He currently serves as a Coimbatore Council Member and National Council Member of the Indian Institute of Foundry (IIF) and is the current Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industries (CII) - Trichy Zone.
