- Once in a year Top management and key managers analyse both internal & external factors arising from legal, technological, competition, market, cultural, socio-economic environment (PESTL analysis ) and evolve business objectives & strategies.
- The objectives and targets are documented in the formal business plan.
- These objectives are deployed to all departments & individuals where appropriate CFT will be formed to analyse and achieve the targets.
